Our $99 Standard Prolux Tour - All of the above! This is our most popular tour as it fits most needs of the average listing.  However, upgrades are available on the order form to cover properties with more rooms than the average home.

Our $69 REO/Intern Tour - All of the above, except up to 20 photos and we may or may not send a trainee (hence "intern").  Furthermore, this is a speed-photo shoot and we are not able to take our time as we would with either our $99 or $159 product.  Our vision for this tour is to give agents a lower cost option for REOs, Short-Sales and listings that, well, shall we say need more TLC than one might want.

Our $159 Ultralux Tour - is all of the above, but we take longer at the property to shoot dual-exposure shots (to see through windows) and we hand edit the photos for the optimum pizzazz!

Our $39 Agent Tour - Is all of the above, except you are sending us the ready-to-use photos and sign rider is extra. Photos must be at least 800 X 532 pixels and placed into one zipped folder and emailed to kevin@proluxtours.com - we will do the rest!

How to Use Order Form

Simply follow the four easy steps on the order form. Note: If you are ordering an "Agent Tour," skip Step 2.

Step One:  Choose the Tour - Choose the Tour that is right for you and write the appropriate price in the price box.

Step Two:  Add or Trade Elective Areas - This may only be confusing on your 1st time and only because of our unique method of displaying a property in our website style format.

We have a different approach than the average 360° tour as we use multiple photos to create our tour presentations.  We display each room and area of the property from different angles and vantage points to offer the viewer a detailed home tour experience.  To accomplish this, we organize and arrange photos into categories (Front, Kitchen, Family Room, etc.).

Photo Categories - Each area or category can feature up to 8 photos and we can present up to 10 total categories on the listing website (80 possible photos).  Our standard tour includes up to 35 photos that we organize within 7 "Common Areas" of the home.  On the Order Form you will note that they are already included and are marked "free."  Below this are "Elective Areas," that you can then add to the order.

Add or Trade Elective Areas - To add an Elective Area without paying more, simply trade it with one of the Common Areas by writing it in the same space.  However, you can upgrade the order by using one or all of the three blank spaces available on the form.  When you do this, add $12.50 in the price box for each extra Elective Area you order and then total up the extra Elective Areas in the Step 2 price box.

Community Area Shots - You cannot trade this Special Elective with a Common Area.  You must use an empty space and the price is $35.00.  However, when ordered, at our photographer's discretion, on their way to or around the listing they will look for photo opportunities like: Parks, Schools, Golf Courses, nice Shopping areas, etc., to give add a community feel to the listing website.

Step Three - Ad Ons: This is pretty self explanatory. Simply select the extra items you wish to add to your order and total up your selections in the Step 3 price box.

BUILD FLYER: Designing a Flyer Template and Building a Flyer are not the same thing! If you made your own flyer and have it in a PDF format, you can email it to us and we will put it on your listing website for free.  However, we can also build the flyer for you if you order it as an upgrade on the Order Form.  All of our Pre-Built Listing Website Templates have a matching Flyer Template.  However, if you have a custom website, we will also need to design a matching Flyer Template for you too.  Designing a Flyer Template is priced separately.

PRINT & DELIVER FLYER: In addition to building a flyer so it is available for people on the listing website, we can also print beautiful flyers on full-bleed (edge to edge color), 100lb gloss stock and deliver them to you (if within 15 miles, otherwise shipping may apply).  Tax, local shipping and printing is included.  For larger quantities, please call.

LINK TO REALTOR.com - $25.00 ($5.00 for Showcase Members) This allows us to direct people visiting your listing on Realtor.com (8 million monthly visitors) to your web listing (tour).

MILEAGE: We have to charge $2.50 per mile for any location outside of 15 miles away from Arrow & Haven in Rancho Cucamonga.  You can factor this yourself by going to maps.google.com or you can just leave it to us to notice and calculate.  However, we will call and confirm the extra charge with you before proceeding.

OTHER: We have this option here to cover things that rarely come up that we work out with customers verbally.  However, if the home is larger than 4,000sf. we also use this space to add $25.00 to cover the extra photos and work required to produce the tour.

Step Four - Total Your Order:  Simply add the amounts of all the price boxes, complete the payment portion and fax your order in - we will call you within an hour (if sent during business hours, before 3pm), or the next business day to schedule the tour with you. 

Agent Tours - If you are ordering and "Agent Tour," after faxing in your order, please place only the photos that you intend to go into the listing website in a zipped folder and email them to photos@proluxtours.com.

Note: We only charge $39 because we do not have to shoot, select or edit photos.  If you would like for us to edit and/or choose which photos for you, please add $30 in the "other" section of Step 3.  Otherwise, please submit only the photos you intend to go onto the site AND edited to the level you want.

Custom Template Design  –  Only $125 to $299.00

Why not transform your tour into a virtual billboard of personal marketing?  If you want to get more bang for your listing marketing buck - let us custom design the template we build your tours in!  We will attempt to complete the design within two hours, but guarantee not to exceed $299 (if you already have your own branding design). Prolux Tours General Information
---------------------------------------------------------------

All tours are regularly priced when ordered in our service area.  Our service area is typically 15 miles in any direction of a Prolux Tour office.  We charge $2.50 for each mile outside of this zone – We will call you if an order is outside a local zone.  However, if for whatever reason a tour order has been processed and later determined to be outside of this zone, we may request for this amount to be paid before putting the tour online.

All images and media are the intellectual property of Prolux Tours which reserves all rights to the images, media and content.  Clients may only use such material that is provided within the tour (listing website) for the purposes of the tour and the MLS material posted until the website tour expires or the listing is sold.  At such time, the client must receive written authorization from Prolux Tours before using their intellectual property for any purpose.

Prolux Tours  will shoot the home as-is.  This means that we will not move objects, straighten or dust objects, open or shut windows or doors, etc.  We will however, turn lighting on or off and adjust blinds to suit optimal photo conditions.

Realtors and/or sellers may not delay the Prolux Tours photographer from going through the home and leaving within 15 minutes (for standard tours), or 25 minutes (for Ultralux tours).  Delays caused by attempting to lead the photographer throughout the home, making them wait while rooms are prepared, etc., may result in a delay fee of $25 which must be paid before the tour can become active.  $15 of this delay fee in the form of a credit will go to the customer made to wait at the next listing.

Standard tours come with a .info address unless upgraded to a .com address at the time of order. 

We do not write ads.  Any ad copy, either for tours or flyers must be submitted to Prolux Tours anytime before or after site activation.  Default ad copy will be used until that time.

A standard Prolux Tour consists of up to 15 to 35 still images. A Prolux Tour mandatory upgrade of $25 for homes larger than 4,000 sf. , but may add up to 10 additional photos.   If Community Shots upgrade is ordered, this may add up to 8 additional photos which will be presented in the “Area” or “Community” designated section of the tour.

Whatever is photographed will be at the discretion of the photographer, unless request are made at or before the tour (in writing if before).  However, requests should not cause unnecessary delays.  Prolux Tours claims no responsibility for the photographer’s choices except in cases of extreme negligence.

Prolux Tours provides easy instructions for linking tours to the MLS, but is in no way liable for any board penalties for improper linking of agent branded materials.  It is the agent’s responsibility to verify that they are within the requirements of their prospective board regulations.   MLS linking instructions are available upon request.

Prolux Tours will use whatever photographs they feel are in the seller’s or agent’s best interest and may elect not to include images that we feel may not be in their best interest, whether the cause is the result of poor weather, bad lighting, unsightly or unkempt rooms, etc.

The listing website will become inactive after 6 months, at the agent or seller’s request, or  for failure to pay monies owed Prolux Tours. The tour can be reactivated at any time for a fee of $25.00.

Prolux Tours Rescheduling & Re-Shooting Information

Customers may reschedule a tour within twenty-four hours of the originally scheduled time at no charge.  However, if the request to reschedule comes after 24hrs, there will be a Reschedule Fee of $25.00 (if the before the photographer arrives at the property) or $50.00 (if the request comes after the photographer has arrived at the property).  For REO/Intern Tours it is $25.00 in either case (unless before 24 hours).

If there is no one present to let the photographer in, the photographer will call the main office and if we are unable to reach the agent or seller, the tour is automatically rescheduled at the expense of the agent ordering the tour.

The home must be clean and presentable at the scheduled time of the tour (see our Seller’s Checklist created for your convenience).  If the home is not clean, we will photograph the property "as-is," but we will not be able to wait while the home is cleaned as this will make us late for subsequent tours. 

While we may offer refunds (minus our $25.00 processing fee), no refunds can be given once the photographer arrives at a scheduled tour.

Customers must provide the accurate and legible address at the time the tour is ordered.  If our photographer cannot find the home or it becomes evident that the address was incorrect, this too can result in a Reschedule Fee, if we are unable to locate the agent and/or the seller.

Any cancellations due to weather except for extreme circumstances such as a flood, fire, earthquake, etc., will result in a $25.00 or $50.00 reschedule fee (depending on before or after arriving at the listing).

Once the order has been processed, there is a $25 processing fee but the balance will be refunded to the customer if the request comes within 24 hour notice of the schedule time of the photography.  If the request comes in after 24 hours, the fee will be $50.00 as we will no longer have an opportunity to sell the spot to another customer.  However, once the photographer has photographed a home, the tour may not be cancelled.

Refunds will be in the form of a mailed check or a credit for future orders (client's discretion).

 More Re-Shoot Request Information

If a customer is not happy with the photos, or their client(s) are not happy with the photos, but the photos are within our average range of acceptability, the customer may request a re-shoot and we will only charge a nominal re-shoot fee of $45.  However, this request must come within two weeks of the tour being active online.  Re-shoot request that come in after two weeks will result in a charge of full-price.

If we are unable to produce the minimum amount of photos in a manner reasonable and comparable to our average level of quality, we will re-shoot the home at our expense.  However, we will not re-shoot a home at our expense simply because one room or one area is not photographed to suit the specific tastes of the agent or seller.  Such photos can be omitted from the tour or the customer may elect to submit their own photos and we will supplement the tour with such photos if they are shot in landscape format and are 800 X 600 pixels or larger. 

Prolux Tours reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Any printed copy of our terms and conditions is obsolete to the current terms and conditions as posted and kept at this website.

 

Free Listing Presentation Demo Disc

After we complete your free template set-up and you order your first tour, or we finish your custom template design we will give you a free demo disc to use at listing presentations.  If you have a tour online, this would be equally effective, but requires internet access.  Your demo disc allows you to show a tour with only a computer.  The presentation power is worth solid gold!  Use it at a listing presentation only once and you will feel naked without it!

Your Own Prolux Tour Demo Site - $99.95

We will create a special place online for you to direct people to see you and how you market listings online.  This is your permanent demo site, where as one of your web listings may not always be available (sold, cancelled listing, etc.).  This allows you to direct people over the phone and/or place your demo site address on printed materials.  We can even find a web address that matches your branding or slogan, i.e., www.toprealtydemo.com.  The price also include one full year of hosting.
