BASIC SERVICE |
Our BASIC
service provides you with
state-of-the-art, wide angle,
professional photography. We adhere to optimum
lighting principals, adjusting blinds
and interior lighting for best results.
* Make sure clients park their cars
away from the home and all rooms are
free from clutter. The more
de-personalized the home is, the better!
** Our photographers will shoot
the home in whatever condiftion it is
in. We are not responsible for
undesirable elements found in photos. -
Re-Shoots that are not due to our error
will be at your expense.
Re-Shoot $75.00.
We apply our
techniques of multiple full-room photos
and detail shots of decor and amenities
to use in our stunning musical
productions. We professionally
process and edit our photos and provide
you with a complimentary CD with your
own set of high-res and MLS optimized
photos. We will write the ads and
populate your ProLux Tour, including the
video musical production.
You may add
to our BASIC service by selecting
OPTIONAL services. Simply indicate
the OPTIONAL services you would like and
add the price to the BASIC service price
to arrive at your TOTAL price.
However...If you would like to benefit
from all of our OPTIONAL services and
SAVE MONEY too, simply select the DELUXE
service option. |

Cancellation Policy |
|

A $50.00
service fee will be required for any
cancellations - if made before our
photographer is sent out to the
property. The refund, after
deductive servicing fee, will be in the
form of a check. If the refund
must be in the form of a charge-back,
the service fee is $75.00.
However, cancellations will not be
accepted after the photographer is sent
out to the property to photograph the
listing. We do, however, reserve
the right to make exceptions to this
policy based on extenuating
circumstances (the sale of the property
is not among them). In such cases,
we may authorize a refund in the amount
that we deem to be fair after
calculating applicable factors.
Therefore, we strongly encourage that
service should only be ordered when it
is certain the service is desired and
valued. |
