SELF SERVE TOURS INSTRUCTIONS

Using quality digital SLR camera equipment, we photograph the interior and exterior of your listing to capture stunning, wide-angle photos (unless you order our "Agent Tour" and you are sending us the photos).  We then utilize eye appealing photos to create your listing's website, using the street address as the web address! 

Imagine entering a home you are desiring to take as a listing and being able to add, "I utilize professional photographers," to your listing spiel.  If you think that will give you an edge, wait until you use our "Listing Presentation CD" that we will personalize for you (FREE).  After all, the entire vision behind creating these tours was to give our agents a marketing advantage.  As "RightPros"we have been creating professional image branding and websites for years.  We firmly believe that everything a Realtor does to market their listings should also become a powerful source of their own personal marketing.  That is really tough when your branding consists of a Sear's photo and a broker template!

Therefore, we designed the tours to be custom built around the beautiful branding we designed for our clients.  We then made the tours as impressive as we could, utilizing the street-address web address concept that is so appealing to sellers in this online buyer world, added two types of photo presentations including a full-screen musical video show and much more.  Our idea was this:  If the tour template was rich in agent branding and the presentation was fantastic, then our clients could use the tours to win listings.  That theory proved to exceed our expectations!

However, as the demand grew for our tours, we expanded our services to agents that either do not have personal branding or do not want personal branding and therefore now offer a selection of free, beautifully designed pre-built templates that we personalize to the Realtor. When Service is Ordered, How Long Does it Take?

After receiving your order, you can expect *1 BUSINESS HOUR for us to call you back with our earliest available photo dates.

After we visit and photograph your listing (see Preparing a Listing for Photography), you can expect to receive your MLS optimized photos the same time the next business day.

We will complete the Prolux Tour website by 5PM the 2ND BUSINESS DAY after the photo shoot.

Earning Points Towards Free Service

How can you earn free web listings? Easy - refer other agents to us! You will discover that it is not very hard to send business our way once other agents see your web listings.  Anyone that comes to us because of you earns you a credit worth 10% of their first order with us.  Just ask them to mention your name!
